Lifesize - Adding a Site to your Local Directory
If a site is not part of the corporate directory, you will need to add a site to your local directory. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Lifesize front/homepage and click on video call.
2. You will then click ok to enter in an ip address for the site you wish to add.
3. Depress call to call the site. If they have their systems up, it should connect.
4. Disconnect the site.
5. Back at the Lifesize front/homepage you will have the Redial page and should see the name of the site you just connected to.
6. Highlight that site on the list and then depress the # key (just below the 9).
7. Select Save. This will save it to the local directory for you.
8. Repeat the steps for any other site you wish to add.
