Listed below are some 2nd semester class opportunities for your students.  If you have questions on any of these contact me or the designated school. 

Classes listed below include AP World History, Geography, Music Theory/History, Medical Terminology, Organic Chemistry, and Applied Statistics.

938 ADVANCED PLACEMENT WORLD HISTORY

Prerequisite: Instructor permission

Grade: 10, 11, 12
Length: Second Semester (two terms)
Class time options:  8:10-9:42, 9:47-11:15, or 1:54-3:26
Credit: 5 hrs. per quarter or 10 hrs for semester
Course Description: A.P. World History is a survey course from prehistory to the present with a focus on both Eastern and Western Civilizations. The course is designed to be more rigorous than the World History survey course and requires diligence and active participation by the students. The emphasis will be on the study of political, economic, diplomatic, and intellectual history and how these spheres interrelate. Level of difficulty is approximately college freshman level. Book reviews and/or various other written assignments are required.
 
 As this is a 90 minute class, it would actually qualify as a 4 semester class for incentives.  
 
 They also have a music theory/history class that meets second semester.  This class can be the full 90 minutes or the teacher is willing to teach theory first part of the period and music history the last part.   The description for that class is as follows:

 660 MUSIC THEORY & HISTORY
Prerequisite: Good musical background
Instructor:  Aaron Svoboda
Grades: 9, 10, 11, 12
Length: Second Semester (two terms)
Class Time:  9:47-11:15 If requested the class can be taught as 2 separate classes with either theory or history being taught during the first half of the class and the other course second half. 9:47-10:30 and 10:34-11:15
Credit: 5 hrs./terms
Course Description:  Designed to offer the serious student an opportunity to become familiar with theory as it is taught in  many colleges and universities.   Includes basic fundamentals in melodic, harmonic and rhythmic  structure, ear training, melodic, rhythmic and harmonic dictation, chord spelling, structure,  resolutions, inversions and labeling, chord progressions, voice leading, nonharmonic tones and basic four-part composition.

903 GEOGRAPHY
Prerequisite: None
Instructor:  Chris Pocock
Grade: 9
Length: 9 weeks/1 term
Class Time:  12:17-1:49 or 1:54-3:26
Credit: 5 hrs.
Course Description: This required 9th grade course is offered to give students a better understanding of the general geographic locations on a world scale. The course of study will include the use of keys and legends, geographical vocabulary, latitude and longitude, climate types, resources and topographical features of our world. Also regional studies including peoples and cultures.
